We accept Paypal, Payments made thru Paypal must be a confirmed payment and shipping address. If you have questions about your confirmed Paypal address, please contact Paypal's customer service center at 1 402 935 2050. International buyers must pay through Paypal only. Payment must be received in seven (7) days, otherwise the item will be relisted and ebay will be notified of your failure to pay, should you not initiate or make prior payment payment arrangements through us. Please do not hesitate to call as we will be more than happy to make alternative arrangements should the need arise.

We ship within Canada using Canada Posted Expedited Delivery Mail: 2 7 days or United Postal service (the big Brown Truck known as UPS). Please review the details within each specific listing to see which service we will use. You may upgrade to either Canada Post's Express Service or UPS for an additional charge. We do not profit on shipping or handling, as we are not in the shipping business but rather the retailing business. We will however combine shipments to save you additional money should the transit company we use provide a reduced rate for multiple items.

We include both insurance and a tracking number on all shipments, unlike most other ebay sellers. We do this to ensure that your product arrives in a safe, timely manner. We personally inspect each shipment prior to release to the appropriate transit carrier, so rest assured, if it arrives broken, damaged or perhaps not at all, the transit company for whom we rely on to deliver from our store to your front door will accept responsibility, so please inspect your package when it arrives. It will be your responsibility to indicate on the waybill or delvery confirmation slip that there is a problem, and then file the approriate insurance claim immediately to initiate a return, exchange or refund.

We ship to the United States using Canada Post Expedited service with a tracking number and insurance. Our personal recommndation is to upgrade to either Canada Post ExpressPost or UPS, as the expedited service includes a tracking number and insurance, but has limited tracking information through their network. Should you wish to upgrade your level of service, please do so prior to making payment. Once the package leaves our store, and is on route to your front door, we have no control over upgrading the service chosen. We ship to internatinal destinations using UPS (United Posted Service) only. International shipping can be very expeneisve based on your location. We do not charge a handling fee, nor do we profit from shipping internationallty.

International buyers are responsible for any/all duties/taxes. Please don't ask us to be dishonest on a custom's form. If you have purchased an item from us, we can not mark it as a "gift".

When possible, we will combine shipping charges if you win more than one item within a 72 hour period. In order for us to combine shipping, you must make ONE (1) payment for all auctions. If the items are breakable, back ordered or temporarily unavailable, we may opt to ship items in individual packages with individual shipping charges, at our discretion. We can ship no more than 3 items together depending on size. If you need to file an insurance claim, we will do everything within our power to help. For your benefit and ours, we ship all domestic and international packages with a tracking number. You will receive an email with a tracking number usually the day before we actually ship. Please allow at least 36 hours for the item to start tracking online.

Most orders are subject to a minimum two (2) to five (5) business day processing time. If your items are readily available, we may be able to process your order in one (1) to three (3) business days of receiving your cleared payment. Occasionally, orders may take more than five business days to process. If we will need more than three (1) to three (3) business days, we try to keep you updated by email of your order status. Orders begin processing each business day at 4:00pm EST. If your payment is received before 2:00pm EST, the next business day will be your first processing day. We are open Tuesday through Saturday 9am 8pm EST. We are closed Mondays, Sundays, and holidays. Please note that order processing time is in addition to the shipping transit time selected during your checkout. Order Processing/Transit days are Monday Friday, excluding holidays. Upgrading your shipping only shortens your Transit time, and your order is still subject to a minimum of 1 3 business days for processing.

Occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, merchandise may not be available for 30 +/ days from the date of purchase. If we know of a delay in the processing of your shipment, we will contact you as soon as possible. This may be before the auction ends, shortly after, or within a few days after we receive your order information. If you are not willing to wait for the merchandise, please let us know, we will gladly and promptly refund your payment as quickly as possible. By bidding, you agree to this possibility. If you do not agree, please do not bid. We want you to have your item! If your shipment is delayed for more than a few days, or is back ordered, we are as upset as you are. Please be patient while waiting for your item, we are as anxious as you are to get your order to you!

We accept returns of most 'Brand New' items with the following conditions:

1) The product has not been used. This means that we must be able to re sell the item. The tags must be attached, and packaging should be intact and returned with the item. If you buy skates and the boots are molded, scuffed, or worn for more than a "try on" or the wheels have been moved on a floor, we cannot re sell the item. This determination will be made by us upon receipt of the returned item. Please do call our customer service number @ 1 673 3335 should an item arrive damaged, missing or broken. It is your responsibility to file an insurance claim upon receipt of the product from the appropriate transit carrier.

2) The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees to send the product back to us. The buyer must provide us with a tracking number. Please pack the item you are returning carefully. Damages during shipping caused by poor packaging may delay or void your refund.

3) There will be a 20% restocking fee charged for any and all returns unless we shipped the wrong item. We do refund shipping fees if we have shipped you the wrong item. We do not refund shipping fees on returns or exchanges. Returns must be initiated within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the product. All of our items are shipped with tracking to determine the date the item was originally delivered. If you have received an item that you would like to return, you must contact us by email or phone within 24 hours of delivery for an authorization to return. (RMA) This unique number must be clearly marked on the returned package to expedite your refund or exchange.

4) Any insurance claims for damages of product(s) during shipping are the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer must file any and all insurance claims to recoup money. We will, of course, be happy to help in the resolution of any insurance claim, but the buyer is ultimately responsible for the completion of the claim.
