Up for auction here is my pride and joy: my vintage Star Wars collection. None of that Episode 1 3 junk that is out there (well, there is an item or so). This is the real deal from 1977 and on. Believe me, I wouldn't be selling this collection unless I absolutely have to. And I do. I used to collect these Star Wars items, but am now collecting unemployment. After recently being laid off from my job due to a poor economy, I need to boost my own personal economy be selling my treasures. And that's exactly what this collection is.a treasure. I would say that all of these figures are in mint condition to excellent condition (with the exception of one discolored droid that popped in the collection from nowhere). Like I said, I was a collector. I loved these movies as a child when they were released and have been obsessed ever since. This is an adult collection. No, no, no.I'm not saying that I have XXX pictures of Princess Leia. What I'm trying to say is that I collected these toys as an adult, not a child. Purchased from my local collectibles shop, I paid an arm and a leg for all of these items. I paid around $15 $30 on average (some for even more) for each figure and there are over 50 figures in this collection! These pictures cannot emphasize how amazing the shape that these characters are in. When you move their joints, they crack as if they have never been moved before. The plastic cloaks of figures like Princess Leia appear to have never been folded or moved. Lightsabers still have that goofy tip on the end. Characters like Yoda have their weapons and accessories like his snake. The AT AT still works when batteries are put in. This is one amazing collection comprised of some rare items! Seriously. I know that I said it before, but pictures do not do this collection any justice what so ever. Is it 100% complete? I'm not sure. I am therefor selling this collection as is. If you have a question about something, feel free to ask though. I'll try my best to find out the answer for you. Besides the characters, accessories, and vehicles shown, many other items come with the collection. A Darth Vader helmet for storing the figures, a Star Wars movie popcorn box, glow in the dark Star Wars cup that still glows in the dark, Star Wars Trivial Pursuit, two Taco Bell kid's meal boxes with one unopened toy (Star Wars and Return of the Jedi), R2D2 kid's book, Star Wars books on tape, and some Star Wars collector books. There are also two unopened figures: a Gammorean Guard and a Special Edition Luke Skywalker Jedi Kinight #69794. I don't really know what else I can say for the collection. It basically speaks for itself. I put a lot of time, money and effort into compiling this collection. It is my baby and has been treated accordingly. Stored for many many years in a climate controlled environment, this collection has been very well taken care of. No international buyers, no international shipping. No refunds or returns. I just wanted to add here that I recently unearthed a Han Solo 12" figure that is also in awesome shape. I will throw it in for free. Also, this stuff comes from a pet free, smoke free home.
