* Local pickup hours are M F 7:00 3:30 and Sat. 7:00 3:00.

* Forms of payment accepted are: PayPal, Credit Card. No Personal checks. No business checks.

* All single listings have a $5/item pickup fee. All pallet listings have a $15/pallet fee.

* Local sales tax is 8.75% on all purchases/fees in the state of New York. A valid tax id is needed in order to have any taxes waived.

* Larger orders of 10 items or more we ask that you provide us a least 24 hour notice by faxing a list of PAID item numbers to 716 852 3220. You can also e mail a list of PAID item numbers to customerservice@empireliquidators.com

* Only orders that are fully paid in advance will be pulled.
